I am so thankful I chose this company to clean our stairs and carpets! We got a puppy a couple months ago and have been dealing with potty accidents and slowly there was a bad pee smell all throughout the house. I was really scared it wouldn’t be awake to go away but they did such a good job!! The carpets looked amazing and they smelled so clean and fresh and there is no odor. They are reasonably priced and we’re super fast! Im really thankful for these guys!

All I can say is amazing people and amazing service! I was assured quality work and that is exactly what I got. I had to reschedule twice and Dan was absolutely flexible with me. I am so happy I chose to call A1 steam way. I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned before and they are about 3 years old.
I do know my carpet is pretty cheap, so I honestly wasn’t expecting such a great outcome. I had one room in particular that I called about which had kitten pee. I used my home shampooer and it did enough to not reek like cat pee, but not enough to smell fresh.
There was an odor I could just not remove no matter what I did. Well A1 got the job done. After the carpet fully dried, and the smell of the cleaners calmed down a bit, the room finally smells normal.
It’s been maybe two weeks now and every is still fresh looking and smelling. I was also very grateful for the price point. He did another bed room and 2 area rugs all for his minimum price which I really appreciated.
He was a pleasure to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend and plan to use them again in the future!

These guys are beyond professional! They came into the dental office where I work to clean our carpets we had two different companies stop by and provide their services but our carpets still looked very dirty but once we came in contact with this company he mentioned we will see a huge difference if we were to hire them and let me tell you, they did just that! Our carpets never looked better. I was unaware of how bad our carpets were until I seen their work for myself! The before and after left me speechless I am beyond impressed! Not only did they do an awesome job, but they are so genuine! It was so nice to work with a company that truly cares about their clients, I called last minute to have our new houses carpets cleaned before moving in - I was desperate and he squeezed us in same day!
